Post massage I like to savor the blissful state of calm for as long as I can, and plan my day to include extra time after treatment just for sitting with a cup of tea or extra minutes under the ultra relaxing rainfall shower. When I finally have to get back to the real world, it’s with fresh energy, and a smile on my face. I have left stress and tension on the massage table, and replaced it with confidence and calm. I look forward to being productive knowing I now have the energy to follow through.
